We want your Demon Slayer advent calendar to be the best Christmas countdown you've ever had. If you're not happy with it, you can send it back within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the full product price.

How to start a return

Email us at hashira1405@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We reply within 2 business days with the return address and step-by-step instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us: returns sent without a return authorization can't be processed.

Conditions

Your return request must reach us within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please send the calendar back in its box, with all remaining surprises.
Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If your calendar is damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a few photos. We'll send you a replacement or a full refund, at no cost to you, and you won't need to send anything back.

Add-ons

Shipping Protection and Priority Shipping are services, not physical products. Once your order has shipped, these fees are non-refundable.
If your protected order is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, Shipping Protection covers it: we reship it or refund it.
The Mystery Box can be returned under the same conditions as the calendar.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll let you know by email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to show on your statement.
